I'm the wife, mama, teacher, booboo-kisser, hammer, story reader, house manager, calendar keeper, homesteader, praiser of victories small and large, blogger, interceder and all around jack-of-all-trades.
He's the Husband, Daddy, bread winner, make ends meeter, artist, teacher of "boy stuff," yard/house renovator/ over hauler, type A work horse, funny, spontaneous and secretly sweet.
We met July 5th of 2000 online through AOL Instant Messenger (back when you said the whole thing lol.) After typing back and forth for several hours a day for awhile we exchanged phone #s and then it was pretty much a whirlwind. He (23) flew out from Chicago to sunny SoCal to take me (16) on our first date in November. Then his brother flew me out there in December as a Christmas present! We we're engaged on February 2nd 2001 and MARRIED a year to the day later on 02.02.2002!
