Backyard progress!

So, while I've been busy not blogging we've been doing this!

planting...

placing flagstone paths...

mixing in compost where the sod is going....

SOD!

What? we actually have grass IN our yard!

The men laid the sod and cut all the edges to make a nice flowing shape and of course to fit around our flagstone steps...

Yay!!!
Now of course its waterlogged and we have to stay off it for a few weeks so that the sod will take root but 1/3rd of our yard is complete! Hooray!

And this area will be the bbq island!
